The University of Ottawa Heart Institute (Heart Institute) leads and participates in research to further understand the causes, treatment, and management of heart conditions. This short survey (~10-15 minutes) will help us to better understand how you want to learn about the results from these research activities.
To help us to better understand the results, at the end of the survey we ask some general questions about you (e.g., your age, your sex, heart disease diagnosis). You will not be asked to provide any identifying information.
